My Life
Lately it has been busy. We are still trying to get things together with the house. I have gotten 4 rooms painted so far. Mat has framed most of the basement's back side where the rooms are going to go. And together we have cleared all the leaves from the yard. We enjoyed our first real snowfall in the new house. It was nice to be able to go out and let the kids play for a little bit atleast.
Paige is doing great in school. She reading words and asking too many questions lol. She is also getting more interested in church which is great. She will repeat what the Priest is saying and follow along even though we do not think she is.
The other day her and I had a conversation. It went a little like this:
Paige: Mom, what is daddy doing?
Mom: He is working and will not be home for a few more days.
Paige: Is he a Police Officer?
Mom: He sure is.
Paige: Can Police Officers be mommies too?
Mom: Sure they can.
Paige: Okay, then I want to be a Police Officer and a mommy and then I will be a doctor and take care of a lot of babies.
Mom: I think that is great.
I love her ambitions in life. I know that she will continue to grow and strive for what she wants in life. I can't wait to see what her future holds!
Mathew is doing great. He is growing up so fast. He LOVES Barney. If Barney is on, he will not pay any attention to what is going on around him. We have started introducing him to the potty. He has went a couple times on it and gets so excited, but it definately is not a consistant thing. Paige started at 15 months and was Potty Trained by 2 . I am hoping for the same with him. He loves to climb onto everything. He loves his Big Boy Bed in his room. He has managed to learn to use one of his toys to climb up onto it. Last night we had company over from Church and he went back to his bedroom after dinner. I walked back about 10 minutes later and he was asleep in his Big Boy Bed. It was so cute! Life could not be any better for us!
Friday, Mat pins on TSgt Stripes. We are so very excited for this moment! He is so deserving of this and I am so glad that he finally will get the recognition that he deserves. He is also going to start school here soon and finish his Bachelors degree. He is one busy guy, but better he getting done now, then wait!

Lots going on here!
Well we have moved into the new house... painted 3 of the rooms and partially framed the basement already before even the 1st House payment. WOW.. we are on a roll now!
I also received a gift from my sweetheart! A Nikon D40x. I love it! It is so nice and easy to use really. I thought that I would have a harder time to get even a single shot off. Nikon has a site where you can go and they will teach you things. I have yet to hit that up but I will soon. I read the book that it came with and got as much info that I need right now to get a good picture!
Here are just a few that I have taken and a few of the new house!
